Imagine that you need to build a house and that is your (task). Now you might have things to do on your first floor and second floor. So you can name a checklist a (firstfloor). Now there is alot of things you need to finish on your firstfloor in order for that to be finished. And those are your (subtasks).
So simply said:
Build my house - (Task)
Complete 1st floor (Checklist)
Install kitchen (Subtask)
Install bathroom (Subtask)
Create a checklist
Create unlimited number of checklist in each task and then add subtasks to it. You can copy any checklist to another task in any of your projects.
Add unlimited number of subtasks in each checklist. Assign them with urgency and responsible persons. You can have multiple responsible per each subtask.
Tick the box when a subtask is finished and you will see the progress in your checklist.
Set the urgency of each subtask in order to prioritize them.
